Applicants must havea legal and effective power of attorney in Chinese and English or a copy of thecontract.For products using password technology, applicants must have approvaldocuments from the national password management department. The sales licenseis valid for 2 years from the date of approval. Before the validity of thecertificate expires, the production unit shall resubmit the samples fortesting. After passing the test, submit an application to the license-issuingauthority. The application should be submitted 30 working days before theexpiration date.
