Saudi Arabia's SABER system will soon begin to be mandatory. If youdo not know how to apply, how much it will cost, and how long it will take, please contact us quickly.
According to the requirements of the Saudi Bureau of Standards, fromApril 1, 2019, all goods arriving at the port must hold a certificate issued bythe SABER system to clear customs into Saudi Arabia.
The SABER operating platform is a new online certificate applicationsystem operated by SASO.
The SABER system divides the product certification application intothree steps:
1.Product Listing
2.Product Certification
3.Shipment Certification applies for batch cargo certificate.
The product listing is a voluntary application. ProductCertification (PC) and Shipment Certification (SC) are mandatory applications.
The product must first apply for a PC certificate, and then applyfor an SC certificate for each shipment when it is shipped. These twocertificates are the necessary customs clearance documents for goods enteringSaudi Arabia.
Certificate fees are charged online by SASO through the SABERsystem. The SC certificate for each batch of goods will also be a fixed fee,and will no longer be charged according to the value of the goods as in thepast COC.
Our company's services: help importers set up SABER accounts, applyfor PC and SC certificates online, and pay all SASO charges online.
