Hong Kong released HKCA 1081 for 6GHz WLAN

In April 2022, the Hong Kong Communications Authority (ofca) issued the HKCA 1081 technical specification, which stipulates the requirements for wireless communication equipment operating in the 6 GHz band of WLAN.
The equipment shall operate in the frequency range of 5.925 – 6.425 GHz, and the maximum output power shall not exceed:
- Indoor 24 DBM EIRP
- Outdoor 14 DBM EIRP
The equipment shall comply with the technical requirements specified in the standard EN 303687 (6 GHz WAS/RLAN; wireless spectrum access coordination standard).
This frequency band requires mandatory application for OFCA certification. Please consult us for details.
