Chile has new certification regulations for these products

According to the notice, Chile will implement the new PE agreement No. 5 / 27:2019 on August 1, 2021. If you are a manufacturer, importer and trader of "portable children's lights" and socket night lights (escaracucos, etc.) that are attractive to children, these products must be attached with safety certification certificate and corresponding safety signs (QR code).  

If you choose certification plan 1 code 013 to obtain the certificate and its security mark ( QR code), you must:  

-Hold type test report  

-Tracking the first shipment to Chile  

After obtaining the certificate and its security mark ( QR code), it is only necessary to track each shipment to Chile.
