Argentina revised the type approval process for certain product catalogues

Argentina's National Communications Authority (ENACOM) recently authorized the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) laboratory to allow it to conduct tests and issue reports that meet the following standards:  

-Technical standard enacom-q2-60.15 v19 1 "medical devices"  

-Technical standard enacom-q2-61.03 V17 1 "mobile communication service user terminal equipment"  

-Technical standard enacom-q2-61.04 V17 1 "mobile communication service radio base station transceiver"  

In addition, according to resolution 1248 / 2021 issued on September 1, 2021, ENACOM has set a transition period during which manufacturers are allowed to provide a declaration of conformity without testing products in accordance with the requirements of enacom resolutions 793 / 2019, 794 / 2019 and 863 / 2020. The transition period will end within 180 days from the date the  resolution 1248 / 2021.
